Cancellation, Rescheduling & Delay Policy

1. Why We Have This Policy

Our sessions—especially tantric massage sessions—require thorough preparation of the space, hygiene procedures, energetic balancing, and integration time. Each client involves approximately one extra hour of preparation reserved exclusively for them.
This policy protects the time of both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our work.
Thank you for understanding and respecting this framework.

2. Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance

• Free of charge.
• You may cancel using the cancellation link received by email, or via text message / WhatsApp / Telegram.
• You will automatically receive a cancellation confirmation email.

3. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

For late cancellations, the following fees apply, reflecting the time and resources already dedicated to your session:

• 24–2 hours before the appointment: 100 lei
Exception: In justified situations, the cancellation may be accepted without fees up to 12 hours before the session, provided it is rescheduled within 10 days.

• Less than 2 hours before the appointment: 50% of the session price

• At the appointment time / no-show: 100% of the session price

Cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours.

4. Free Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, within 10 days of the original appointment, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delays & Session Extensions

To maintain a smooth schedule:

• Delays of up to 5 minutes are tolerated.
For longer delays, the duration of the session will be adjusted to avoid affecting the next appointments.

• Session extensions are not guaranteed and depend strictly on room and therapist availability. If you wish to extend, please inform us shortly before the session ends.

6. Respecting the Ethical and Professional Framework

Please use only the official contact details of the center for all communication.
Our therapists work under contracts that include confidentiality and non-compete clauses.
Therefore, personal contact details cannot be shared, and private contact with therapists outside the center is not permitted.
This ensures a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for everyone.
